Custom Worksheet Order on Tickets
It would be very nice to be able to specify in which order the worksheets auto populate on tickets. For instance if we have a virus removal the ideal order for us would be Diagnostic, Virus Removal, Final Checks, and Closeout.
However by default they automatically populate in an order such as Closeout, Diagnostic, Final Checks, Virus Removal.
This can make our tickets seem very cluttered and disjointed because our workflow is out of order.

We've recently hired an additional person and have started to use Worksheets as part of a to do list and to know who has done what. In the past, it's always been the same person so Worksheets hasn't been a big priority for us, but there are so many benefits to it with multiple people working on the same thing. Worksheets definitely need this improvement to happen. We've got the worksheets labeled in order from start to finish per ticket (Post Check-in, Diagnostics, "Repairs", and Post-Repairs), but everything shows up Alphabetical when we make a new ticket, so that's throwing off the order of repairs. There are so many other customizations in Repairshopr, and there's honestly no reason this can't be resolved.

There are lots of topics on this. Add up the vote. Look at worksheet sorts too. Its all the same. Worksheets are due for a big improvement. Very easy and customizable but very time consuming, has lots of quirks and could be improved a lot.

Definitely wish everything always showed up in the same order.

This would be very helpful to the sales team as well!

This would be a key feature in my book, when you have 14 worksheets per ticket depending on the job type, that all need to be completed in order, its counter productive to put them in a random order.

I would like to add, it would be nice to be able to edit the order they appear in under the admin>Ticket worksheets section. Maybe that is also how you control the auto-population order?
