Add color coding and default setting for ticket priority
As a tech I need to be responsive to tickets with higher priority. Ticket priority should be set by default to "normal" (but ideally configurable through an admin widget).
I suggest the ability to color code the Priority cell in the ticket list view so that I could, for example, make Urgent priorities red, High priorities yellow, Normal priorities green, and Low priorities white.

Well it looks like nothing will come up from this idea but while I am here I would like to add that the ability to manually organize tickets up and down on the list (thus creating a priority starting from the top) would integrate well with this idea.

Not only would this be great to have, it would also be nice to be able to have the due dates not be red if we are waiting on a part to arrive or a customer to respond. If this is already available I am not finding it.

It would be nice to not only Allow for the customization of the text and priority levels but to have a setting for each level to show text across the ticket in the ticket window, such as Expedite or RUSH etc. as we do with PAID for paid invoices. It would also be nice for these tickets to have a color assigned to them so when viewing the tickets list urgent tickets could be shaded red in the list for example. This would help with tickets and sorting.

Even highlight the entire line so it really stands out. This would in my opinion be an obvious option.
When a ticket is created, the whole line goes yellow and fades back to white, so the coding seems to be already there.
Perhaps even a 'pulsing' highlight to make it even more standout then?
