Sync POs with QB
Once a PO is made in Repair Shopr, it would be nice if it would sync up with the "Enter Bills" section of Quick Books. Our old software for parts did that for us. Now I have to enter it manually whenever we purchase an item that is being sold. Takes a lot more time. It would be great if that could be done. :)
PO’s will sync over to QB Online automatically and a Bill will be created when setting the PO status to Finished.

Did this ever get solved? What is the work around here? When I "finish" a PO in RS, it doesn't sync to QB online, even though I click "re-sync to QB". Do I have to go back in to QB and manually do this? Please advise.

I'm having the same issue and it is taking so much of my time. There are more issues here. If you check your Inventory Asset you may have everything doubled up. The PO should not sync to QB until it is closed and it would fix the issue. When a PO is made in RS it goes to QB as open and it then it creates the inventory asset. When the item arrives and the PO is closed in RS, it closes the PO in QB but does not create a bill. I have to manually go into QB and re-open the PO to create the bill. When this happens, QB adds another entry to the inventory asset account throwing off the books. I am down 500.00 with outside help and I don't see a fix. We do a lot of ordering and it takes 1/3 of my day to do data entry.

Just wondering if there is any update on when the Quickbooks Desktop will Sync these purchase orders as well?

My old inventory system would take a vendor purchase order and create a bill to pay in QuickBooks.
