Having the ability to inventory cracked screens so they can be refurbished or sold in the future
For example if we do a repair on an iphone 6 plus screen assembly, the customers original part is still good for recycle or refurbish there should be a way to inventory these items right away giving us better insight into our profits.

We added the Refurb module to RepairShopr late last year and along with it, the ability to move items from Inventory to the Refurb and back.
You can leverage the Purchase Order to put an item in to your inventory, then send it over to the Refurb module to prep it for sale.

I'd definitely like to see some refurbishment functionality. That being said, regarding your matter.. Why not include a negative line for a core?
