Label PDF button on Products and Inventory Screen
It would be convenient to have a button on the general Products and Inventory listing rather than having to open the item details and then click on the Label PDF button.
We are kind of moving toward just doing the product labels on the Purchase Order when you receive product, the more powerful labels will only be there so you can have more data on them.
Are you using purchase orders?

This would still be very helpful to have and to have it autoprint.

A draft of the product bulk editor was just released, mostly for the printing ability.
Now you can check multiple items, hit bulk, and print - whichever label you want. Hope that helps a few of the cases mentioned here.

Hello Pat,
We are working on the labels.
Just want to let you know that there is a new style All Labels PDF in your /reports/downloads
Notice that it contains all labels, for like thousands of product instances. -

Good point - we need a button to mass print the better looking labels.

All Labels PDF Square, does work very well with standard barcodes, so we are unable to use them at all, puts barcode on 2 lines, which is impossible to scan, also why is all labels pdf, which is handy when bulk updating things and needing new labels, doesn't print the same nice quality label that you print when printing form the purchase orders page, why are these not the same, or could a third button be added to make them the same?

@troy then what happens if you need to reprint a label after the fact?
Say one gets ripped off or you send a part to another store and they replace it later? -

It may be worth noting that this feature and some of the ones I mentioned in my post below have been mentioned and/or requested several times before as part of the following suggestions;

That would be SOOOOOOO handy. Better yet, a checkbox beside items and a "Print Checked" button.
Another thing that would be really handy is to have an "Add to print queue" button. Since there isn't really a way to print a assembled or collected list of items. Its easy enough to print all your iPhone inventory if you just go to Inventory and search "iPhone" it will spit out a list that you can print all the labels. But, what if you need a list of a bunch of random things like 4 or five different iPhone LCD's, Some Samsung Galaxy S3, 4, and 5 charge ports etc...?
That is not doable.
But, if there was a small button beside each item in the inventory list page that was to add to print queue, then there could be a page somewhere that would have all the things you added to the queue.Another thing I always found lacking is the following;
If you use square labels as we do on some of our inventory and many accessories, there is no option to print the square label from the inventory item editing page.
So if you make a change to an item you have to save it, exit the item page, search the item in the inventory list page and make sure it is the only item that comes up in the search and then click the "All Labels PDF (Square)" button to print the label for the item you just made or edited.
