  4. please put customer name is advanced search results

    OK, I'm at my desk upstairs and I have just looked at a ticket with one of my guys downstairs but I can't remember the ticket or the customer name off the top of my head but I know it came in for a keyboard issue. So I type "keyboard" in the search and get a list of ticket numbers and descriptions but no names. The name would trigger my memory. Please add the customer name to advanced search results. Easy job take about 10 minutes of coding. If you need help doing it then let me know!!!!

    In the customers.json endpoint it should be possible to filter the results by filtering on a custom field.

  14. Email Reminder:Tickets Due Tomorrow

    Hello

    I like the way Repairshopr sends reminder emails, that is very helpful

    With the "Tickets Due Tomorrow" email we get the ticket number and the job description, it would be nice if the email also included the client name

    At the moment we have to click through to the job to find out which customer

    Ideally, the content of the reminder email could be editable in Ticket preferences, but all we really need is for the customer name to be included

    Add the ability to search based on product/service purchased. This would allow us to have more customized emailing options. Currently, we have to add a warranty to the product/service and then create a mailing list based on the warranty name.
    Also, would like an option to email after x weeks in addition to warranty expiration in x weeks.

  16. Set a Default ticket type/ Custom Fields on the New Ticket Screen

    It would be nice to have a Default Ticket type / Set of Custom Fields selected on the New Ticket Screen. Also, another thought would be at least make the selection of the ticket type as required where there is more than one. So we can have an In-Shop, Service Call, Tablet, or whatever and be able to make it so there has to be one selected.

  17. Physical Inventory Function for Bulk Posting

    During a full physical inventory, it would be helpful to lock/suspend inventory quantities during the process. Perhaps a "special Physcial Inventory function" that would lock the inventory quantities and cost values for a particular date/time to allow for bulk adjustments to qty and costs for regular physical inventories?

    The special Physical Inventory Function would allow the inventory to be adjusted as of a fixed date/time in the past. After adjustments are complete the special function would integrate revised inventory data back into the inventory records as of the date of the special function.   18. Option to NOT Maintain Stock at Specific Locations

    Some of our locations are just for ticket reconciliation and organization. It's really annoying having "low stock" indicators in inventory, only showing because "placeholder locations" don't have any stock.

    Even more annoying is that new locations automatically are set to reorder at 0 and desired qty at 2. Every time we add a location or inventory item, we have to update stock numbers for every item.

    Can you please add a way to set certain locations as "This location does not stock inventory"? Thanks!

    It would be great to have a report that showed the parts ordered through logistics and if they were added to to a ticket or not.

    This would give me a very quick glance of what one off ordered products we should have in stock for a given time.

  20. Require us to either choose an asset, select an existing one or choose "no asset"

    Right now it is too easy to forget to add an asset. Maybe if there was a pop-up that asked "are you sure there is no asset for this ticket?" upon ticket creation it would be easier to remember to add them.
