  2. Maintain field selection when adding items to logistics transfer by barcode scanner

    When I use a barcode scanner to add items to a logistics transfer, the page refreshes after each item and I have to reselect the field for each new item.

  3. in/out Time entry on ticket notes

    Start and stop time on notes section rather than/as well as minutes spent.

    Sometimes when I leave my customer I find it would be easier to put the time I got there and the time I left then calculate the minutes. Also if you put the minutes in say an hour later it puts the wrong in/out time on the labor log. I know you can do this in the labor log but that does not go to the ticket notes or email customer.

    Hi. It would be very useful if we could have a column for Clients current appointments. We constantly need to check when a Client has an appointment and showing it the front ticket screen would be very useful

  6. View Current Running Labor Log Timer Notes

    It would be so helpful to be able to see what is actively running on the labor with a note. Right now when our tech clicks on the play button I can see that the clock is running but I can't see what the tech is working on because they put in the note what they are specifically working on.

  7. Ability to rename Uploaded Pictures or attachments in Ticket

    My Techs use Tablets and take a fair number of pics to document problems. It would be nice to be able to rename these to something that identifies them when trying to view them at a later date. As it is you have to click on each one to see what it is.

  8. Allow the re-naming of the widget deivce options

    Ok so this is kind of hard to explain but instead of "Colors" and/or "Network" we should be able to write in what ever we want. it would help for things like custom PC builds which are not repairs

  9. Invoice Organization

    Currently the only way to organize our list of invoices on the Invoices page is either by the date the invoice was created or by the invoice number. Well since Invoices can be deleted and recreated this screws up the order in which invoices are being displayed.

    The idea is simple, offer the ability to organize the list of invoices in more ways such as check in date, date paid, etc.

  13. Ticket groupings

    When I group tickets by New, Waiting on customer, Waiting on parts, etc.., some of the "new" are on the first page and some are on the second page. I would like them to continue in a row instead of 2 pages. At the end of page 1 are just the "invoiced" tickets which should always be at the bottom of all groups in entirety.

    We are trying to determine what DAYof the week is busiest/least busy, not date.

    We are trying to determine the number of tickets and/or sales by day(i.e. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, etc.) for a period.

    We note that you have in the past referred people to DOMO. We did a free trial of DOMO in 2015 and it didn't seem to work at the time for us. Also all the reports it generated were available in Xero at the time and Quickbooks now (we switched packages 2 years ago!).

    We love the invoice naming feature but could you implement this on the recurring invoices as well. Now all our ad-hoc invoices have names but as most of our work is recurring, most invoices do not have names!
