    How come no one is interested in this? this would be awesome it would speed up ticket management considerably

    This is truely an issue, most of our clients have two or 3 businesses with the same email address?

    Come on guys this has really become a must by now, with sms there is no confirmation if the message was received or read and this is all possible with whatsapp
