I'm adding a submit ticket portal from our company webpage. I'd love to be able to add a "how urgent is this" dropdown. This will cut out people expecting priority service for a broken pencil or to let us know it's really important. Of course, getting a notification about this is critical. Being able to submit an SMS would rock, otherwise I guess we could sidestep that by using the 1xxxxxxxxxx@att.net type formatting to email an SMS.

An error occurred while saving the comment Geoffrey Miller commentedJust finished inputting a boatload of credentials for a client. I'm entering them as "Email: user@place.com" so that (assuming, I know) it would sort at least alpha. This seems almost an oversight.

The customer survey question just popped from another user. This would be very useful for metrics on our techs and for customer satisfaction and where we can improve.
Hopefully this request will garner a fresh look by Troy.
BTW. Our parent company does app development. Hint Hint Hint BUMP
