Dashboard thats Usefull
The Dashboard
The ticket list view gives you a much better overview of the status of your repairs.
Before we had RepairShopr we had our own type of Dashboard on a separate screen in the workshop that was useful to the technician. It had a list of the tickets the progress status "In Progress" "New" ect. It was Color coded for a quick Progress status
However it also had “usefull info” pulled from the ticket detail
So when the tech was looking at a machine he could see that the password was “X” and the problem was “Y” and he could also see if the persons number as it was on front of him so ring them from his Dect Phone without having to go to a computer go to ticket and see customers number.
I think that the Dashboard in this Pic or something along these lines is better

Also, one more comment. We would like to be able to customize the colors so that yellow means that the computer is due to be finished within 24 hours or that day, and red to mean that it is overdue. It seems like the option is kind of there, but when you update the ticket, the color changes back.

I love the new dashboard. However, one thing that I do not like is that the color changes to red when it is "waiting on customer" or "waiting on part". I would love for that to be disabled when we are waiting on the customer or part because we are not actually late on the ticket. Thanks!
