CID Phone Log Report
New Report Idea:
We use the CID lookup feature with our Asterisk PBX phone server and it is amazing. The only thing that would make all of that data even better is if there were a daily reports with all CID lookups that were issued (aka every customer who called in).
It could simply be a table with the following columns:
Date, Time, Customer Name (as a link), Phone Number, Related Ticket (if any) (as a link), and Ticket Status.
I know some of this data is already mixed in with the Communication Log Report; but that also has tons of unrelated data like Auto-Email Follow-Ups and Estimate/Invoice Emails. The phone data is so heavy (150+ calls a day for us) it would be really helpful if it had its own detailed report.

Would be nice if the FreePBX integration would link to customer contacts. At the moment the FreePBX only links Customer phone numbers.

I'd like the communications log to include the customers name, as well was the phone number when it finds a match.

Yes anything with integrating calling into repairshopr would be amazing. We are looking for a new phone system that will allow us to log our calls and keep track of people calling us easier. It would be great if it could integrate with repairshopr.
