With mail-in customers, it's critical that we capture their address properly. I love that RepairShopr matches leads to the most likely customer, but it's not perfect and having to compare the address the customer entered with what we have on file for every lead really adds up. Sometimes the difference is huge, but other times we've had customers move down the block and the street number, or even apt number, are all that have changed. It would be a big help if you could make anything that isn't the same between the two sets of information show up as red, or bold, or even just a "something doesn't match here" flag.
