Customer name color coding or customized icon
Hi All,
We have searched and not found any help for a problem we have,
I think either a color coded name or a symbol at the beginning of the name in every area that the clients name is used, that can be customized.
Red for bad payers etc..
Green for Managed service clients
Blue for general business
We run a manged service and have no way to tell if a client calling in is on a managed or priority service. We have customized fields on with a checkbox that says there a managed client but it only shows on the main card file. If the name of each client is color coded on every page it would be much faster to spot the VIP or problem clients.

We do have Customer icons in the Custom Customer Fields that will put a little icon next to their name almost everywhere they are listed.
Specifically the Drop down type has a selection box where you can select from a ton of icons to use.

I want to color code *all* the things. I'd like to be able to color code the status, priority, and tech columns, for instance, on the Tickets screen. It would also be nice to customize the colors of the ones that already do that, like Last Updated and Due Date, since I do a lot of things that wind down to 'wait and see' and dislike the bright red last updated column, since the system thinks I'm just negligent on those items.
I do really like the idea of being able to highlight my MSP and problematic customers and the like, too.
