I would like to be able to have the system automatically add charges to a ticket at the time it is created, based on the ticket title. We charge a standard diagnostic fee for every repair, as well as a pickup and delivery fee if needed. It would be awesome if these charges could auto-populate to a ticket.

I second this. I would like to automatically add flat rate charges to a ticket at time of creation. We get so many duplicate flat rate jobs in daily, it would save a lot of time. We also charge a diagnostic fee, but we use the 'deposits' feature to charge this and it really seems efficient. Thanks guys and gals, love the program!
