Create a time entry approval workflow
I like review all my tech's time before invoicing. In my inhouse-built ticket system from which we're migrating to RS, I am able to review on a client-by-client basis all time submitted by all techs. I can edit the time entry descriptions to correct typos or otherwise improve the presentation to the client; I can correct the billable rate; I can adjust the amount of time to be billed; I can make some entries non-billable, particularly if the work of multiple techs on a project needed to be merged into one entry.
RS has no equivalent time entry review process. The tools that do exist are non-intuitive and laborious and fraught with potential duplicate billing (if I clear a charge from the timer log on a ticket in order to edit the description, I have to remember to delete the original charge from the Add/View Charges area?!).
I don't like blindly adding all entries from the shopping cart while creating the invoice, only to have then to review, edit or remove as needed. I guess I'd like to see a billing preview workflow.
