Quickbooks Integration will not sync your Late Fee Payments over to a specific account
I found a little nuance in QuickBooks when I noticed a late fee on an invoice. The account it is putting that fee under is "Computer Part Income," which may be because we didn't have a "Late Fee Income" item. I created a "Late Fee Income" Product/Service Item in QBO. Would you please make that change for us within RS?
Thanks for writing! Currently the Quickbooks Integration will not sync your Late Fee Payments over to a specific account set up in Quickbooks Online, and will instead apply those payments towards your Default Quickbooks Product which is currently set up as, "Computer Part Income".
If your workflow requires that you have these payments sync over to a specific account for Late Fees, and you believe that this change will benefit the majority of RepairShopr Users, then I recommend that you submit this to the Feedback Forum as a suggestion to gather support for the idea.
