One of the most frustrating things as a busy IT professional is hopping in and out of multiple programs, especially one to keep up with my own personal to do list versus what is in the RSr Reminders. I think it would be great to have a way to set reminders to be private so they only show up for you instead of the global reminder list that everyone else sees. Having a single pane of glass to help keep me on track for personal and shared reminders would keep me more on track for task/to do's/follow-ups that need to be done without double booking myself.

Further, a priority matrix tied to this area would be very beneficial so you can organize your list according to the urgency of the reminder/task.
