Allow customers to upload files through their online profile

From within their online profile customers can upload files/attachments to be stored in their profile

    We lock the attachments section for our customer profiles as we hold copy contracts and proofs there but a separate section for customers to upload and download files within their online profile would be really useful. Once uploaded they could be there for say 7 days before they're deleted to help save RS storage space.
