Auto Lock User Session
The Lock feature is great and gets used a lot but there needs to be an auto lock option if there is no activity within a given amount of time. We are finding that under busy situations, most employees forgot to lock out their session leaving their permissions available to anyone.
Hey there! There is a feature that will do this that can be found by heading to Admin > Employee Preferences > “Timeout users after inactive minutes”
This will end the session after there has been no activity after the specified amount of time in the field.

Yes! This is necessary to track individual employee work on just one computer in our store.
We use a checkout PC and would like to track each employees checkouts. I would prefer a 60 second timeout that then requires the 4 digit pin code to be inputted

I agree with this comment, I would rather staff having to log in 100 times a day then work get done in the wrong account because someone forgot to change users.

Yes, we need this feature for the same reasons. When things get busy, most techs don't remember to log out of the shared PCs and end up working in the wrong user account.
