Edit more in the add/view charges area
I've noticed that once an item is added to the ticket it cant always be edited well. Especially the qty of an item which is frustrating if its not a stock item and you have to re type all the info just to have a 2nd item the same!
Also is it possible to have description a non essential field? or change it so it can appear as brand or colour etc etc?

This would be a really valuable thing to have - its really frustating to only be able to edit qty only in the ticket window. The only way now to edit the qty in the add/view charges area is to remove the item from the ticket. It's just alot of steps to just change qty amounts. Being able to edit the qty in add/view charges would help with mistakes as well with removing items from tickets to edit them.
