Show sales tax in the Add/View Charges on ticket
As a tech communicating with a customer, I am frequently asked the "total" cost for repairs, which includes sales tax. I suggest adding a line for sales tax and a total with tax to the Add/View Charges screen.
I see that this idea has been suggested previously. Perhaps the solution has become less difficult and the change can now be implemented

We would love to have this feature as well. What would be ideal is a little box with a table that shows the various amounts: subtotal, discount, tax, deposit paid, other payments made, and ending balance.

Along with sales tax, it also would be helpful to add a new column indicating the line item total. So if we have a charge of 2.5 labor units at $90 each, the total $225 would be visible.
