Device checkin, multiple issues at once
Hi there, would you guys be able to add multiple issues per device checkin? At the moment, when we take in a device it will only let us select one issue (battery, screen, chargeport etc)
We quite often have devices that have multiple problems, like the speaker, screen and battery need replacement.
I suggest you change the issue screen to be a checklist instead of just picking one problem.
This isn't a major issue, just something that could make an improvement :D

We would also like to see this feature implemented! The ability to tag a ticket with multiple issues reflects a lot of the scenarios we encounter. In addition, the ability to report by issue type would be useful as well.

We could definitely use this, almost none of our tickets are single issue.
Would be nice too if we could track each issue individually, as to if it's complete, parts needed for the issue, etc.

Like that Idea @Clay - that way you get to add as many different 'issue's' / problems as you need.
On the same kind of subject - I also get one single customer come to me with 2 or 3 issues, but on different devices - especially if I am out on a customer site. (oh - while your here, can you just take a look at this one as well, oh - and my tablet has started playing up when I do such and such) - It would be really useful to be able to log / bundle this kind of work under a single ticket as opposed to going through the pain of creating 3 separate tickets for the same customer (one for each job/device)

Unlimited Issue Types would be the way to go on this...
[COMBO_BOX(ISSUE_TYPE)] + "Add Next Issue" Button|Link
Basically, combox with the issue types, and next to it a link that adds another combox below and "the cycle of life repeats" That would be very useful to address multiple issue types. I would still make it a feature that can be turned on|off. Everyone likes options, right?

I've added a Ticket Custom field named "2nd issue", with drop down entries of "Tuneup", "Backup", "Updates", etc.
