Create a report that shows tickets per tech per day
We would like to see a report that can be run per day for the tickets that the techs work on. In short, looking for some report that we can pull daily that shows what the tech worked on which might be based on notes entered or timer started or ?
Today we have 6 techs in our stores and they complete a short form that shows what ticket numbers they work on. We take this form and search each ticket to see what they have done, what notes that have entered, status, look for tech name to have been changed from customer service.

I agree. The dashboard is great for AT-A-Glance status, but I need to see at any given moment what the last COMPLETED task/comment is on each open ticket. It is extremely tedious to open each ticket to see what happen by a previous tech. Possible an additional line in the subject area on the ticket tab. Or a report with Ticket # -Customer- Subject-last comment.
