Due Date Time detail
It would help to have the detail of the time a ticket is due on the "tickets" page along side the date because a lot of our repairs are scheduled to the half hour so hourly differences are important.

I agree with this. Right now I cannot change the due time, it defaults to 12 AM. When I click in the field, it just shows the date. Being able to change the time is important. I noticed when I first started using the software the time slider was present, but now it is gone.
