Show labor start time, stop time and notes on invoice

You can use the Customize Text for Ticket Charges setting and ticket timer tags to display labor line items how you want on an invoice. For example, if you want to show the start and stop times for labor items and the technician notes, here is how.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Tickets - Preferences.
  2. Click Additional Settings.
  3. Scroll down to the Customize Text for Ticket Timer Charges field.
  4. Copy and paste the below values into the field.
    {{ticket_timer_date}} {{ticket_timer_start_time}} - {{ticket_timer_end_time}} {{ticket_timer_notes}}
  5. Click Save.
Once you make an invoice, here is what one of those lines will look like on the invoice.

View all ticket timer tags available for use.

Note: You can only put custom text in the Customize Text for Ticket Charges field OR the Customize Text for Ticket Charges field, but not both at once.
