Separate Phone Numbers
It would be nice to have a block for a work phone number in addition to the personal and cell number blocks. The work number should not be unique to a customer though, in case we have more than one employee of a business stop in for service.

Report: Invoice Aging
Is it possible to add a column(s) that shows what has been paid and what is due? Some customers make down payments, or we allow a payment plan. Thank you!!!

Add from inventory Search suggestion
Could you have the product search in the Add From Inventory search a products description as well as the name? We use a weird naming convention ie PCMIAFXXXXXX, with a detailed description ie bench labor. And being able to type "labor" would be great. Thanks!

Automatic reminders for the admin/tech
When I create a new customer I setup reminders to email at 3 days just to fu and again at 5. Would love if we could customize this for our business.
Also when I have invoiced I set a reminder to fu a few times and to remind myself to send an email about storage fees and so on if it goes unpaid too long. Would live it if these could auto send and/or remind. Thoughts...?

We would like sub categories for items
We would like to choose a main category, Iphone 5 then choose part, front, then finaly if it's original or not. And maby even colour.
It will be very long names otherwise and hard to find.

add take picture to tickets in mobile mode
Being able to add pics using my smartphone camera to a ticket when onsite woukd be great. Had to report back to a companies ho with evidence of what was found at branch office. A few pics would have been icing on cake!

Allow more options with marketr
It would be great if you could create a mailing but select the type of customers you want to email. For example not all customers may have had their PC repaired so you wouldn't necessarily want them to receive an email about having a health check on their PC.
If you could select the repair type that the email should automatically be sent to this would be much better and allow the email to be tailored more specifically to that nature.

Need Part number/SKU
For the parts table, an sku/part number is helpful in identifying the "exact part" in addition to the descriptive name field rather than having to use one field for both values. Which is what I am having to do currently.
When I contact my vendors I always order by the part number.

wanted to know if in the future you will have a rollerdex type customer list so when I hit a letter all the users name with that letter show up easier.

invoice template
I wish you had more easy configured email templates. In instances where disclaimer or warranty is long. The template should automatically adjust to what's being printed on a page.
I use one or two lines for charges and the disclaimer prints on half way on the second page with lots of room in the middle.1 voteThis flexibility is already there, contact support instead of submitting as a feature request

Admin has full control to modify dates on Tickets, Invoices, Payments, etc...
Coming from (other software) I am really used to having full control for everything as an admin. One very important feature that is missing right now is the ability to choose or modify the date for Tickets, Invoices, Payments, etc...
I would like to be able to have this as an admin only option or the ability to control who can modify dates. (User permissions might also be a good idea?)

Allow customers to open ticket with inbound email
The idea here would be to allow clients to email say "gethelp@ineedhelp.com" and it would open a ticket based on the email address and then at that point it would use the subject a ticket title and the body of the email as the description.
It would use the clients email address to pull their contact info, this would only be used by existing customers.

You can email to your subdomain@reply.repairshopr.com to generate a lead, and you can forward gethelp@yourdomain.com to that email address to make it more transparent.

Color, shade or highlight past due jobs
Have you guys considered doing something with color, shading, or highlighting when a customer's job becomes past due? A highlighted status field would be nice but the entire customer row would be even better in ticket view. Maybe a light orange shading that would match your color scheme? Ideally, the further past due the darker the shade of color too.

If you disable due dates, they turn red when they are stale (no updates in + 3 days)

VAT and payment options
Hi Guys
I know that in the US prices are quoted VAT exclusive but in Australia we Quote prices to customers as VAT inclusive. Our parts resellers (suppliers) will quote prices VAT exclusive but in general we always quote VAT inclusive to our shop customers.
After fully using the system for a whole 3 days I anticipate that i will definitely need to have some options for listing prices (cost price and Retail prices) as either VAT on or VAT off. That's not to say that our services and parts we buy and sell wont include VAT because all our…
